in this 4-week course filled with applied practical tips, belonging in a safe and brave space for self-discovery and courageous connections with others.

Most people don’t have time to take 8-10 week-long courses or 2-3 hours of meetings at a time.

Most people want quick tips and move on but understand there needs to be time to digest and metabolize the learnings.


I offer this course 

  • as a merging of the practical and the depth of practice 

  • to bring you closer to a state of mental clarity, self actualization and self transcendence 

  • rooted in the 2500 year old foundations of mindfulness and the 21st century reality of overwhelms of personal and work lives and worldly conflicts

This is about you so you will be:

You will be willing to commit to work with me and your peers 1 - 1.5 hours a week for 4 weeks of your life.

You will be willing to practice 4 days a week for these 4 weeks of your life.


You will want to come in ready to focus on 4 key areas of your life.

You will want to be prepared to go fast but slow down as you need since we will record our meetings and you will have access to them later on.

Get it right the first time, shift the narrative, create a plan and stick to it. BECAUSE this time, it will be truly your purposeful plan

Here are a few examples you can start thinking and imagining about, Use your imagination, real life situations, and possibilities, to decide what it will be for you. You will have time to focus on more areas after the four weeks are done. You will know exactly how:

  • how you wish relate to anyone in the world through ease and conflicts

I am one of the three full-time faculty teaching in the country’s only Master’s Degree program in Mindfulness Studies. I’ve been teaching established mindfulness programs and curating my programs for over ten years.

I’ve taught mindfulness and related modalities in K-12 classrooms, lecture halls and boardrooms of international corporations, higher ed, and everywhere in between. I taught, guided, and coached, thousands of people across all walks of life. I have over 30 years of training, consulting, and advising.

I am a grateful parent, caregiver, researcher, grief guide, certified integrative thanatologist, end-of-life professional, mindfulness teacher, and coach focused on stress management, resilience, and growth. I am an inter-disciplinarian, a lifelong learner, and a guide for anyone who wants to learn from and with me.

I am certified to teach numerous mindfulness-based programs ranging from Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs) including MBSR, to mindfulness in schools, and in organizations. I am trained as a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, in prison mindfulness and numerous other disciplines. I’ve been practicing mind training for over forty years.
