Your host, Yasemin Isler, is a full time educator/faculty member in higher ed (Mindfulness Studies Master’s program), parent, researcher, mindfulness trainer and teacher educator. Her interdisciplinary work focuses on stress management and resilience. She teaches graduate level courses on Mindfulness, including Mindfulness in Education, Mindful Communication, Neuroscience of Mindfulness, Mindfulness and Resilience, to name a few.
