In this workshop/retreat, you will learn practical tools to create more ease and peace in your life as you parent, deal with situations at home, school, work, or any combination of.

You will LEARN the following:

All parents, guardians are welcome.

Your host, Yasemin Isler, is full time faculty member in higher ed, in Mindfulness Studies Master’s Degree program, parent, researcher, mindfulness teacher and teacher trainer. Her interdisciplinary work and research focuses on stress management and resilience. She teaches graduate level courses on Mindfulness, including Mindfulness in Education, Mindfulness and Resilience, Neuroscience of Mindfulness, and Mindful Communication, to name a few.
