An afternoon of experiencing, learning about, being introduced to and/or reconnecting with MINDFULNESS.

All levels (No prior experience, Beginners, Novice - Intermediate - Advanced practitioners) are welcome.

We will invite Beginner’s Mind, Openness and Curiosity, Trusting Inner Wisdom and Compassion into our practice throughout the session.
