Short Course on Mindful Self-Compassion FALL 2023

For busy individuals: 6-week-long shorter classes.

You will learn how to practice cultivating mindful self compassion for resilience, motivation, self-care and easing burnout during challenging times and everyday living.

You will learn about the theory and science, and why we need self-compassion.

Who will benefit: Anyone, including parents, educators, leaders, doctors, nurses, mental healthcare providers, professionals, students, anyone who is curious about self-care. All are welcome.
